MRI of neck: At this point an MRI would probably be useful.  The MRI visualizes the spinal nerves and will tell if you do have a " pinched nerve."

my mom (age 45) has chronic bone pain in her: back, chest, shoulders, ribs, arm, hand, knees, neck. blood test = fine. chest x-ray: aside from scratches, it was stated as fine. worried about lung cancer. does this sound like lung cancer?

: Generalized bone pain can be due to injury, osteomyelitis, hypothyroidism, primary bone cancer and metastatic breast cancer. Check sedimentation rate, CRP, tsh and workup for cancer breast. Dexascan and vitamin D should be tested. Hope it helps.

Need more info: Your symptoms are very broad. I would need to know what kind of xray was done. Also where is the stiffness?
Which symptom is the worst?
Is the heaviness in your chest or your arms/legs?

i fell backwards on concrete 2 days ago. i did not hurt my head because i tucked it in. right when i fell i started having chest pain, right side of neck hurts, and back. should i get an x-ray?

If you fell from: ground level, then the impact should not be severe enough to warrant X-rays, though persistent point pain in the neck or shoulder is an indication for suspected fracture.  Most women your age do not have thin osteoporotic bones and should have enough padding from your muscles to survive a ground level fall even on hard surfaces.   You may have a muscle contusion though which will hurt for a week.

the problem is i did a chest x-ray and they told me it's normal while the pain is there and short breathing,that's why am here asking for your point of view and what you can advice because my neck feels so tightened and its hard to breath well?

: If your neck feels abnormal, you should probably get a CT scan or an ultrasound of your neck. Perhaps your thyroid gland is enlarged or you have enlarged lymph nodes. Your doctor should examine your neck to figure out what is wrong. If your breathing is getting worse, you should go to the nearest emergency room for evaluation and treatment. Good luck to you!

"Pins and needles"?: Some synthetic fibers may cause "skin deep"  stabbing sensations ("pins and needles"?)
Also, look for other possible skin irritants – a specific soap, cosmetics, household sprays, domestic pets.  Does your husband have a beard (seriously), or use any skin care products that you may be allergic to?

when i put my chin to my chest n stretch neck down to the left, i get pain by my shoulder blade and some tingling in right arm. neck x-ray was fine?

Cervical disc issue?: A disc between neck bones can weaken ; stretch or even break and leak a jelly center onto the nearby nerves. When you flex the neck and the disk bulges, it may put pressure on a nerve and temporarily cause the described symptoms. Either stop stretching that far or see a physical therapist or even a neurosurgeon to look into the matter further.
