i got my first seizure during school and now my ct scan came back normal (yay no brain tumors or anything!) but my eeg came back abnormal?

Brain tumor: A normal ct scan is good but if the eeg is abnormal then you need to be evaluated by a neurologist who can assess whether you need to be further treated for the seizure history.

i had a ct scan at a&e two days ago as i was worried about a bleed on the brain (or even a stroke) because of unusual throbbing pain in head and dizziness. the ct was okay but could it have missed a bleed or could it have happened since?

No and no: You have been evaluated re intracranial bleeds , you don't have them, now you can work with your doctor for the headache and dizziness, you may need referral to a neurologist, good luck

Many reasons: There are many reasons to order a ct scan of the brain. Too numerous to list here. But i'm guessing your doctor has some clinical suspicion a process in the brain is responsible for your symptoms and is using a ct head to help make the diagnosis.

Of what?: Patchy areas means that there area scattered areas of something on the scan. Usually in a head ct it will be patchy areas of white matter low attenuation/density. This finding is usually associated with aging and vascular disease but if it is in you and you're 26 then it is not normal aging and could be something like multiple sclerosis. Find out what it actually says though.

how dangerous is ct scan of brain in  a young adult? wil it cause any problems in the future ? is it a risk factor for any disease?

CT scan: Ct scans are safe for most people, and the doctors weigh the need for this information vs the exposure to radiation, etc.  If the scan includes contrast ("dye") there may be reactions to this -- but most people are not allergic.  Your doctors should be checking your history and be ready for any possibility.  Please discuss your concerns with the doctors who already know you.

how is a lhermitte duclos tumor detected? would it show on ct scan of brain?

Maybe: L'hermitte-Duclos disease is a very condition that is not cancerous by itself. Since the majority involve the cerebellum, that is not a strong point for CT imaging because of the bones. They get in the way.  Under certain conditions it may be visible.  MRI is now a days the way to go.

diagnosed chronic sinunitus from ct scan. is it normal to have dizziness, heavy head, and feeling awful with this. ct scan of brain normal?

Yes, chronic: sinusitis can do that. Have you seen ENT doctor for this?

i had a ct scan of brain and neck. i was inside ct scan for 20 minutes. is this normal amount of time?. i asked how long it would take before laying down, they said three minutes. but it was 20. now im worried about being iinside and radiation?

: Typically takes 3 to 5 minutes for a CT scan. If there is motion or an entire area needed for the x-ray was not caught in the image, it could take longer. Your physician who’s reading the x-ray should let you know if there is problems with the CT scan itself

Need MRI : There are a number of possibilities. You need an MRI now as the ct did not id the prob.
