Start with....: If you have new onset severe abdominal pain please go to your nearest emergency room for evaluation to rule out surgical problems. If the problem is more chronic then that, please still start with a comprehensive evaluation by your physician to determine cause.  Your sxs sound serious. Start with standard evaluation. Depending on findings, acupuncture may be of benefit. D/w your physician.

May need exam: Other than the lower abdominal pain, the symptoms could be consistent with a vaginal yeast infection: itching/swelling/discharge/painful urination.   You can try miconazole or clotrimazole vaginal cream as directed, along with drinking plenty of water &amp; some cranberry juice.  But you may need to at least have a urinalysis done to see if you have a urinary tract intention, &amp; possibly a pelvic exam

I think, however, you need to have good follow-up, so I would call your primary MD now and arrange to be seen. If you still have chest pains without a clear diagnosis, you need to know what this is to get treated. A second opinion may be necessary if you are not satisfied.

If it is so severe you are struggling to walk/breathe, you need to be seen in an emergency room. The Dr there can examine your abdomen, do tests on your blood and order imaging to determine the best course of treatment.

Malabsorption?: Abdominal pain and bloating after eating certain foods can have many causes, but overall is a sign of excess gas, which may be related to malabsorption or improper digestion of food.  This can have many causes, and your entire history with an examination is important at your primary care physician's office.  Mechanical causes such as hernia can also be diagnosed on physical exam.
