See a Dr ASAP: Severe lower abdominal pain with swelling can be caused by: kidney stone, Urinary tract infection, or even appendicitis. If it is so severe you are struggling to walk/breathe, you need to be seen in an emergency room. The Dr there can examine your abdomen, do tests on your blood and order imaging to determine the best course of treatment.
