May need exam: Other than the lower abdominal pain, the symptoms could be consistent with a vaginal yeast infection: itching/swelling/discharge/painful urination. You can try miconazole or clotrimazole vaginal cream as directed, along with drinking plenty of water & some cranberry juice. But you may need to at least have a urinalysis done to see if you have a urinary tract intention, & possibly a pelvic exam
