Start with....: If you have new onset severe abdominal pain please go to your nearest emergency room for evaluation to rule out surgical problems. If the problem is more chronic then that, please still start with a comprehensive evaluation by your physician to determine cause. Your sxs sound serious. Start with standard evaluation. Depending on findings, acupuncture may be of benefit. D/w your physician.
