ER evaluations: ERs are designed for 'emergencies' so hopefully they did a good job and made sure that your life is not in critical danger. I think, however, you need to have good follow-up, so I would call your primary MD now and arrange to be seen. If you still have chest pains without a clear diagnosis, you need to know what this is to get treated. A second opinion may be necessary if you are not satisfied.
