i have upper abdomen pain for three days, i don't know what it is. it stops when i lie down, and gets worse when i sneeze, cough, hiccup, or yawn.

Muscle?: This may be from a muscle sprain since it only happens when you strain the abdominal muscles. Try ice pack or  heating pad to see if it helps.  It problem worsens or persists for more than two weeks, need to contact your doctor.

See your physician: I'm not certain your symptoms are related. A sticky whitish discharge can be from ovulation, but would not give pain for 3 days. A white discharge from Candida wouldn't be associated with pain. The absence of bleeding rules out a miscarriage. You need to see your physician to determine the cause of your pain.

Gastroenteritis: Most cysts don't cause any symptoms and go away on their own. A large ovarian cyst can cause abdominal discomfort. Nausea and vomiting are usually rare. Therefore most likely you have gastroenteritis and the lethargy is secondary to dehydration. I advise you stay hydrated. Good luck.

Ovarian: A very likely possibility is your ovary...If you're 5-15 days past your last period, ovulation can cause pain, or a lingering ovarian cyst.  This is just one possibility though so go get it checked out promptly if it gets worse or doesn't go away!

Many possibilities: Options would b menstrual related pain, colon related (diverticulitis - unlikely as ur pain comes and goes), ibs, constipation, hernia etc. U need to c ur medical doc for s complete history and exam. If u have fever/chills u need to call them asap.

Green stool + pain: The color of stool varies with foods, speed of emptying of the GI tract, medications & supplements ingested, gut flora (unique for each individual), additives (like blood), subtractions (like absent bile), infection, inflammation, & other factors. Consider what you consumed in the last few days. Given your symptoms however its best to see your doctor for evaluation, particularly if persistent.

Could be...: In the female may times is challenging to diagnose lower abdominal pain because it could come from your bowels, or it could come form your reproductive organs( uterus,ovaries,etc). : There are many reasons for that. It does not sound serious but should be examined  by a  doctor to check for umbilical hernia or any other cause. You do that and you will be OK

Abdominal pain/heart: Sounds like you are constipated which can also increase the chance of  transient reflux and heartburn. You should see your physician as most likely he would advocate a workup of your GI tract, which at your age most likely include an xray of your abdomen, colonoscopy and upper endoscopy.
