Abdominal pain/heart: Sounds like you are constipated which can also increase the chance of transient reflux and heartburn. You should see your physician as most likely he would advocate a workup of your GI tract, which at your age most likely include an xray of your abdomen, colonoscopy and upper endoscopy.
