Many possibilities: Options would b menstrual related pain, colon related (diverticulitis - unlikely as ur pain comes and goes), ibs, constipation, hernia etc. U need to c ur medical doc for s complete history and exam. If u have fever/chills u need to call them asap.

Constipation: I would get some fiber supplements and take with a glass of water. Add more water to your diet. See if this resolves it over the next week. Otherwise see your doctor.
