Gastroenteritis: Most cysts don't cause any symptoms and go away on their own. A large ovarian cyst can cause abdominal discomfort. Nausea and vomiting are usually rare. Therefore most likely you have gastroenteritis and the lethargy is secondary to dehydration. I advise you stay hydrated. Good luck.

Several possibles: If you are vomiting or running fevers then go in to your doc or er right away. Otherwise your pain could be from the flu, an ovarian cyst, a hernia, muscular cramping, gas, menstrual cramping, constipation, and or colitis. If your symptoms persist, get checked.
