Fibroid weight: This fibroid most certainly weighs less than one pound and would contribute little to your overall weight.

i have a 2.9cm fibroid in my uterus and on in my boob and a 2.1cm complex cyst on my ovarie. i am lossing weight and repeat utis. what can this be?

Multiple issues: The fibroid of the uterus is separate from a breast cyst or ovarian cyst. With multiple problems a MD is needed to sort them all out.

Death unlikely: A 9cm fibroid is unlikely to kill you.  Its not a cancer.   It can cause pain, heavy bleeding, Anemia, painful periods and other annoying symptoms.  Treatment is usually done because of these symptoms.  You can wait until the symptoms are bad enough to make you happy to get rid of them.  Keep in mind that the fibroid will continue to get bigger and make the surgery more extensive.  Best wishes!

i have a 1.9cm low density fibroid in the left uterine body.  is this something that could effect fertility.  i am 39 and healthy otherwise.

Probably not: If the 1.9 cm fibroid is "intramural or subserosal" and therefore is not submucosal or extending into your endometrial lining, the possibility that it could affect affect your fertility is quite small. A Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility specialist may offer you a better assessment of your chances based on your age, ovulation pattern, tubal anatomy, overall health, his sperm count etc..

See you MD: There are many  different  reasons  for  having  spotting  before a period.  Your md  will ask about your history. Age , medical conditions  like  thyroid disease and diabetes,  life stress, strenuous exercise, and eating disorders  are  a few things  which can affect the menses.  Fibroid   tend to cause prolonged heavy menses. A blood pregnancy test may be considered.

Common: A fibroid is a benign mass of the uterus.  They are very common.  If they are large or close to the endometrium they can sometimes cause symptoms such as heavy periods.  Frequently pregnancy (estrogen) causes enlargement so it is a good chance it will shrink after delivery.Because they are located in the wall of uterus, it is extraordinarily rare to interfere with pregnancy.

i have a fibroid 6.9cm plus pcos is it safe for me to get pregnant?

PG possibilities: You may have difficulty getting pregnant without assistance due to the PCOS and an inconsistent ovulatory cycle. Moreover, it you succeed in getting pregnant, the fibroid may cause early labor or miscarriage depending upon its' location in the wall of the uterus. Pregnancy "safety" is a relative term in this circumstance.

Early Pregnancy: At 233 hcg level, it is impossible to see an intrauterine pregnancy. So check your hcg again in 48 hrs and if it doubles, it is a good sign. If not you may have an ectopic Pregnacy. Take Tylenol (acetaminophen) for the pain if the level is 5/10?or more. I recommend you go see an Obgyn soon as well

going through menopause. t-vag says endo stripe is 0.4 cm, small post.uterin fibroid 0.9cm, some benign nabothian cysts in cervix. anything worrisome?

No worries.: A small uterine fibroid is usually asymptomatic and is not dangerous.  A fibroid will usually shrink after menopause from decreasing estrogen levels.  Your endometrial stripe is also normal.  Nabothian cysts are also normal .  None of these findings pose any risk to your health.
