Suboxone: It can be detected in UDS up to 5-7 days.  Assuming you are taking a Rx of Suboxone, it should be detected in the Urine and a Dr. will be looking for it to be positive, etc.  Why be concerned unless you are not getting it through the approved channels and seeking the help you need.  best wishes.

Few days but depends: Depending on how long you have been taking suboxone, we usually say it takes 5 half-life's to get it out of your system.  The half-life for Suboxone (suprenorphine/naloxone) is 24-42hrs/2-12hrs.

So at least a few days.

Suboxone half life : The half-life is 20-70 hours with a mean of 37 hours. This means it will generally take 100 to 350 hours with an average of 185 hours. Best wishes.

3-5 days: Suboxone is detectable in urine up to 4-5 days after ingestion. It has a long half life (24-60 hours) and generally it takes 5 half-lives to clear the substance from your system. But it is unlikely that you will be drug tested for buprenorphine.

That : That is a very small dose you are on now.  If you are have generally been on the 1/8th of a tablet and aren't having withdrawal symptoms (nausea, anxiety, agitation, stomach pain), then you can try splitting that dose or try stopping the suboxone.  Ask your doctor for guidance as well.  You could also try medications like zofran, phenergan, (promethazine) or Clonidine which aren't addictive but could help you with the side-effects.  Ask your prescriber for help.

Two possibilities?: Buprenorphine can cause serotonin syndrome in rare instances.  Talk to your doctor about this.   Also it can cause hormonal imbalances is some.  These are two explanations that come to mind related to buprenorphine.  Of course there are other explanations for hot flashes.

Serious discussions: What you do, is have serious discussions between you, your ob-gyn, and your psychiatrist about the risk of these medications to your baby, vs the benefit of your staying on them.  This is different for each person, as maternal mental health is extremely important.  Your doctors might advise you to stop the adderall, (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) but the Suboxone is another question. Please work with your doctors on this.
