I have been taking suboxone for a few years. i take on average 4mg or half of a tablet daily. how long will it be detectable in a urine drug screen?

3-5 days: Suboxone is detectable in urine up to 4-5 days after ingestion. It has a long half life (24-60 hours) and generally it takes 5 half-lives to clear the substance from your system. But it is unlikely that you will be drug tested for buprenorphine.
