7th nerve: Bells Palsy is usually caused by a virus.  Since you just had a craniotomy and your nerve was originally working most likely it is a temporary scenario caused by acute swelling surrounding the nerve.

Tinnitus: This can cause multiple symptoms and no symptoms at all. It depends on how bad it is. Tinnitus is a very common complaint. It may even cause some hearing loss and dizziness

Not usually: Prolapse of an artery into the middle ear is, by itself, unlikely to cause fluid accumulation. Inner ear fluid is most often related to infection or inflammation.

That means normal: That is a normal finding, in particular, for the 7th and 8th cranial nerves.  They must have been looking at these because of dizziness, hearing symptoms, or facial weakness.

See doc: You need to consult your doc or neurologist.  Bell palsy(7th nerve) can be from an old herpes infection, trauma, compression or inflammation.   Vertigo can be from ear or vestibular (brain).  Synkinesis is the result from miswiring of nerves after trauma which is common after bells palsy.  If your bell palsy and vertigo were resolved and just developing synkinesis then it may not be tumor.

Absolutely: I do primarily osteopathic manipulation, including cranial manip. (cm), in my practice. Though there are many claims of cm having effects on behavior, memory, etc. (& I have seen some of these effects on children in my practice) i'm mechanically inclined. Cm is extremely helpful for mechanical problems affecting the neck, head (pain), sinuses, low back pain (via its effect on meninges & such), etc.
