It depends: It depends upon the mg/kg dose calculated by the physician. Dosage can be between 45 mg/kg (2.5 ml twice a day) to 90 mg/ kg (5.0 ml twice a day)

Discharge: It may be normal discharge as your uterus heals up.  If you feel you did not pass all of the miscarriage then get to a gynecologist who can follow your ultrasound and quantitative pregnancy test values to confirm you have passed all the products of conception.

Yes it can: but if too much milk comes out of the bottle.also it can cause baby to choke
make sure the nipple  hole is not too large 
try to keep the head upright while feeding and burp after each ounce

Maybe,maybe not: When the heat is on and the air in your home is dry, a vaporized and or humidifier is helpful. In cases where the infant is very congested, vaporizers can also help. However, if use increases the humidity too high, you have some risk of dust mite, mildew and mold growth.I recommend keeping the humidity between 35-45% and use saline nose wash to aid with babies congestion.

7 week old baby has a terrible wet cough what should i give her?

Saline washout: At that age they are more sensitive to environmental irritants like dust or fumes which trigger nasal congestion &amp; cough. Cough medicines are worthless. A good nasal wash out with saline and removing irritants works best. Removing irritants/fumes/etc. from the environment helps in the long run.

Could be serious: In small babies, asymmetric pupils should raise concern. If any other symptoms are present, esp neuro symptoms like sleepiness, acute onset, or with fever, urgent evaluation would be recommended. If present since birth in an otherwise apparently normal child, still would warrant evaluation by the pediatrician for underlying disorder; there are too many to detail in this space, of varying severity.

No: A rise of 4 lbs in 7 weeks is fine, as weight can fluctuate at that age.  Try and stick with about 24  ounces in 24 hours and you should be fine. Make sure to keep regular dr. appointments with regular height and weight checks.  Best wishes.

No: A normal, happy, growing 7-week-old baby follows the saying, "Never wake a sleeping baby." Normal babies at this age who happen to sleep through the night will just eat more during the daytime. Normal babies at 3 months of age can sleep through the night, meaning a 6-7 hour stretch without needing a feeding.
