Maybe,maybe not: When the heat is on and the air in your home is dry, a vaporized and or humidifier is helpful. In cases where the infant is very congested, vaporizers can also help. However, if use increases the humidity too high, you have some risk of dust mite, mildew and mold growth.I recommend keeping the humidity between 35-45% and use saline nose wash to aid with babies congestion.
