Depends on dilution: 30 units could be about a tenth of 1cc (roughly one drop) or could be a full cc or more depending on the dilution. 30-50 units is a reasonable dose for the flabellum frown lines.

Neurotoxin: Dysport is a neurotoxin that is made from clostridium botulinim toxin type a. It causes relaxation/paralysis of muscles into which it is injected for 3 to 4 months. This medication is fda approved to treat forehead wrinkles, but is often used in other places such as around the eye "crow's feet" area. It can treat cervical dystonia in adults to reduce severity of abnormal head position & neck pain.

Botox vs Dysport??: Both are types of Botulinum. Botox is onabotulinumtoxin A , while Dysport is abobotinumtoxin A. They both are potent neurotoxins produced by gram-positive anaerobic bacteria (Clostridium botulinum). This bacteria has 7 serotypes (A to G), each produces a specific antigenic toxin. All block the release of acetylcholine from presynaptic terminal of neuromuscular junctions. Thus causing paralysis.

No results?: I hope this was at a physicians office . Dysport and Botox do take about 6 days to see an effect , this effect tends to peak at 14 days or so and last between 3.5-4 months.

Consult allergist: Although I am not aware of any study on desensitizing one to these medications, theoretically it can be attempted by an allergist just prior to the procedure if the reaction was not an anaphylactic one.  One may also consider premedication with prednisone and antihistamine. Since this is a cosmetic procedure, the hassle may not be worth it.  Talk to a plastic surgeon for alternate options.

Reports : Reports have shown different results regarding the duration of effectiveness using Botox vs dysport, but for most of us there is no significant difference.
