Neurotoxin: Dysport is a neurotoxin that is made from clostridium botulinim toxin type a. It causes relaxation/paralysis of muscles into which it is injected for 3 to 4 months. This medication is fda approved to treat forehead wrinkles, but is often used in other places such as around the eye "crow's feet" area. It can treat cervical dystonia in adults to reduce severity of abnormal head position & neck pain.

A muscle paralytic: Dysport is an injectable medicine derived from a toxin from bacteria that causes botulism. It is sold by medicis (az). It is fda approved for cosmetic wrinkle reduction at the glabella (between eyebrows), or for neck muscle spasm (cervical dystonia). It is often used off-label at other areas. It blocks the nerve signals to the injected muscle within 1-3 days, causing paralysis for 3-4 months.
