CALL YOUR OB !!!: U are having some early contractions, but u should be directing any ?S associated with your pregnancy to your OB so they can decide and tell u what to do like come in the office and get checked or go to the labor room, and a piece of advise   do not go past your due date , an recent study in the us says the ideal time to deliver for the baby is 39-40 weeks.

Braxton-Hicks: You are term, so these could be early labor or still be braxton-hicks contractions, small tightenings of the uterus getting it 'in shape' for full blown labor. If the cramps get longer and regular intervals, then may be transitioning into active labor. Many women experience these in the couple of weeks before labor. Any : Any vaginal bleeding during pregnancy is abnormal and should be evaluated by your ob/gyne or midwife immediately. You should call them right away since it could be something serious such as a placental abruption which can put you and your baby at risk.  Being sent home from the l&d might be frustrating, but would be a good thing in the end since that would mean that you and the baby are healthy and fine.

Call ob and: get checked to make sure there is not an infection or other problem. Labor pains come and go and are not 2 days constant.

Not relevant: When we are checking blood counts during pregnancy, assuming that the basic counts related to hemoglobin, hematocrit and platelets are normal for pregnancy, then we really do not spend too much time looking at these individual parameters related to red blood cells.  If there is a more specific problem being asked, please ask!

Term pregnancy: At that point, the pregnancy is full term and will be "stillborn."  A sad situation and I feel for her.
She will likely have her labor induced and deliver vaginally if possible.  The length of stay in the hospital will be similar to one for a regular birth.  This assumes the mother doesn't have a complication such as an infection.

Obgyn evaluation: You will need to contact your Obgyn to arrange an evaluation. Since you are near term you will need to make sure you did not break your water. You could just be dilating and passing your mucous plug. An evaluation will be needed to determine what is going on.

Check with doc: If your are referring to pain in the upper right side you need to have your blood pressure checked. You also should ask your doctor if you could have gallstones.
