Im almost 38 weeks pregnant and i keep having constant irritating pain in the upper part of my belly? what could this mean?

Check with doc: If your are referring to pain in the upper right side you need to have your blood pressure checked. You also should ask your doctor if you could have gallstones.

Please call your OB: Now your OB would want u to be asking him or her, not asking here, could be contractions or something else going on inside the uterus or with your GI tract or muscles or nerves or ligaments , if u were my pt i would send u to l&d to be checked out to make sure everything is ok.
