Yes: Yes but you must elevate the seat of your bike to minimize the flexing of your knee.
Flexing your knee seated in a bench with 5-10 pounds attached to your leg will get better and more secure results.

i do 30 minutes on a stationary bike for about 10 days now, covering about 9 miles daily (if the bike is accurate). usually i feel fine. today i felt lightheaded/faint during and still do now. what could be the cause or how can i relieve it? thanks?

: Could you be dehydrated? If your fluid intake in the last few days has been low you may want to increase your fluid intake today. Do you have risk factors: like birth control pills for blood clots or family history of blood clot? then you may want to be evaluated as soon as possible especially if there has been family history of stroke. I would suggest to take it easy and treat yourself well.

i did exercise on my stationary bike and now i'm spotting, it happened some months ago and i stopped now i've started back yesterday and this morning i'm spotting again. is that normal? it wasn't vigorous exercise just 15 minutes casual riding?

Irregular periods: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections &amp;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

Good amount: The cdc recommends at least 150 min./week of moderate or 75 min./week of vigorous exercise a week, as well as muscle-strengthening activities at least 2 days a week. More is even better but your level seems quite good. Keep up the good work!

Yes. : Your sugar is unlikely to drop less than 65  if you are on Metformin only . Try to change exercise time to the afternoon . You should consider stress test to check your heart if you did not get one lately . Good luck with your excecise

Focused pressure: Check the tightness of your shoes, the condition of your shoes and the position of your feet on the pedals. Repetative focused pressure can do this. See someone in a bike store to check your shoes if you are clipping in. Often the position of the clip can make a difference. Ease up on that foot and let the other leg do the work for a few minutes. Good workout technique to alternate. Good luck.

This leads to strengthening of your bones known as wolff's law.  While technically not bearing weight, stationary biking and elliptical use do cause resistance (muscles tug on bone) thus also strengthening your bones to some extent.
