i switched from zyprexa to invega. the past three nights i have had three hours sleep each night. is there any solution to insomnia zyprexa withdrawal?

Taper &amp; add minerals: Avoiding withdrawal generally occurs by tapering a dose down gradually while starting a lower dose of the Invega. If you want to share your dose , I can help you taper, but I think you can go down by 25% every couple days. 
If you did that, consider melatonin and magnesium glycinate in addition to a good multiple vitamin and mineral supplement. 
You can also try Float Therapy!

practice good sleep hygiene.  sleep on a schedule, but wake up after 2-3 hours sleep.  any suggestions?

Terminal Insomnia: Many many people have trouble staying asleep and have disrupted sleep. Unfortunate that a lot of things we do and meds we take to get to sleep can contribute.These are short term and over shoot to wakefulness after a short time. A med re-eval and cognitive behavioral therapy can both help.

had 2-3 hours sleep 6 months & not good be4. major anxiety stress and work during day panic attacks at night. can i get cardiac arrest from this? 21

No, You have a stron: At your Age your heart is basically healthy and not likely to have any type of arrest.
However your anxiety needs to be treated so that you can get good sleep and rest well at night. You should go to your GP and seek medical assistance/ treatment. In the meantime, one way to reduce stress is to take daily walks for 15-30 minutes daily. This will provide much needed relaxation to your body and mind

i woke up after 3 hours sleep at night with lower abdominal pain. on siting or standing for 5 to 10 minutes i got some  relief. disappeared for months?

i have frequent insomnia. only get 3-4 hours sleep a day. dr gave me klonopin (clonazepam) to help. can i take this occasionally? any risk of serious side effects?

See a sleep doc: There are over 80 different sleep disorders. I would recommend you see a sleep disorder specialist. Your insomnia is obviously quite severe. Have a proper workup  done so that you don't have complications down the road. Best wishes.

Well...: It should not "Kill you."  but it sure is not healthy.
Adults should sleep an average of 6 to 8 hours a day.
Otherwise it will catch-up with you and you will be constantly tired, or worse yet, you can fall asleep while working or even driving.
See a sleep specialist, it might be a good idea to be evaluated in a sleep lab.
Consider also thyroid disease

If U do it frequentl: It can be , we r creatures of habit, not sleeping at certain time can affect out ability to sleep and cause insomnia and sleep is very important  for our wellbeing.

Why???: Need more info. Are you only sleeping 3 hours because you can't sleep more?  Are you napping? How old are you?  Lots of stress? Change in routine? Change in meds? Exercising late at night?  Drinking more alcohol? Do you read or study or watch tv in bed?

Unable to answer: I dont really know what is going on from limited details and history. It could be sleep apnea which is unusual in a 16 year old f., unless you are overweight or have other breathing problems. Could be related to other sleep disorders or simply to stress and anxiety. Best you have your general check you and refer as he/she deems necessary.Good luck.

Go to hospital: Nausea that is preventing you from sleeping needs to be evaluated by a doctor in a hospital setting. You could be experiencing generalized anxiety or it could be increased pressure in your brain caused by a mass/tumor. There are a variety of other possible explanations in between these extremes; my point is you should go to the er.
