Get evaluated: If you have a fever, or this pain intensifies, or fails to resolve get evaluated. You will likely need intravenous fluids, imaging and some type of intervention. If your symptoms are right lower abdomen, you may have appendicitis. There are several other possibilities, which you doc will determine.
