Well...: It should not "Kill you." but it sure is not healthy. Adults should sleep an average of 6 to 8 hours a day. Otherwise it will catch-up with you and you will be constantly tired, or worse yet, you can fall asleep while working or even driving. See a sleep specialist, it might be a good idea to be evaluated in a sleep lab. Consider also thyroid disease

No: Lack of sleep on general can be detrimental to your health. Lack of sleep can simulate alcohol intoxication is you should be careful operating a vehicle. Lack of sleep will not kill you unless you go very long periods of time without sleep.
