None is too many: Being a happy and healthy vegan, i feel that the best approach is no eggs.  Afterall, you are trying to drop your weight, so why sabotage your efforts with such a high calorie food such as eggs?  Instead, you will feel plenty satisfied by sticking to an unprocessed fruit and vegetable, and whole rice and wheat grain diet, without added sodas, added caffeine beverages, mild, cheese.  Eggs = +++fat!

i am currently on the dukan diet and i am eating two hard boiled eggs every day.is it bad for my health?

Too much: Although no one, including me, can tell you with absolute certainty that two eggs a day will cause harm, it is generally considered a risk factor for heart disease and diabetes. If you want a healthy complete protein (all 9 amino acids) eat quinoa instead. It's gluten free.

can you tell me if apart from the regular diet, i am only eating two eggs and milk every day. is that enough?

What is your diet..?: If you eat " regular diet" What is it? 2 eggs and milk may count for protein but better to have more variety. Vegetables, beans , yogurt, cheese, almond milk- good sources of nutrients. You may skip egg yolk for daily use. Cows milk in adults not best in large amount . Don't forget fish, avoid wheat.Drink plenty water and exercise regularly. Eat to feel good and be healthy.

will having 6 eggs(4 yolks) per day cause kidney problems? i workout. 6 days per week vigorous. i do have a 3000 calorie. well balanced. diet

NO: I know of no evidence that eating a lot of eggs will cause kidney problems. In someone who already has kidney failure a low-protein diet is advisable to prevent progression of the disease, but high protein should not cause problems in someone with healthy kidneys. However, i strongly advise that you (and everyone) eat only organic eggs; otherwise it is likely from chickens fed gmo corn &/or soy.

my phy exam urine ph is 8.5.my diet is largely vegetarian other than one egg, yogurt, some fish/1-1.5 oz/day of meat. do i need to take any measure?

NO: While that ph is a bit more alkaline (higher) than normal it's likely not a sign of any problem. A diet rich in fruits ; vegetables can result in an alkaline ph ; many nutritionists feel this is healthy. Like all tests, this just measures one moment in a constantly-changing continuum- if you measure it other times you will see that it is variable. 
If there are no other abnormalities don't worry.

trying to lose weight asap. i am 226 pounds and 411. ive been doing keto for 5 months and lost 30 pounds. ive heard about egg diet that you eat 6 eggs, green tea and a bowl of oatmeal with berries a day. would you be nutrient deficient with that?

Not so fast.....: The egg diet does not sound like it would meet your nutritional needs. If you lose FAST it probably won't LAST.Your goal weight 
loss rate is too steep to be healthy. Try setting goal for 1  to max of 2 lbs per week average. Insure that calories burned exceed calories consumed. Drink at least 8  - 8 oz glasses of water /day. Aim for 8 hrs of sleep &amp; at least 5 servings of vegdies &amp; 4 of fruit /day

1 year old pooping 5x a day, paste-like. not fussy. normal? getting rash after poops. breastfeeding. only change has been more dairy, eggs in my diet.

Can be: Breast fed kids can go every feed or once a week.A bottom rash is common & may or may not be related. Some kids do react to bovine products in their mom's diet, so a week off all dairy could help you decide if it's an issue. Same with the egg.

why do i sometimes poop light brown to yellow poop? should i be concerned or is this diet related? i pooped this morning and the day before i ate pineapple, strawberries, and kiwis. earlier that day i ate eggs and orange juice?

: Light colored or yellow stools is usually due to fat being present in the stools.  The cause is fat malabsorption in the upper GI system.  Gallbladder dysfunction and pancreatic dysfunction may be the cause.  Most of the time it is harmless if it occurs only occasionally.

Maybe: Eggs are a great food, but are high in cholesterol. You should discuss your cholesterol level with your doctor.

Yes: If you're being treated for "high cholesterol", diet can be helpful. If you love cholesterol-rich eggs, it's still you choice. About 90% of what you read online, and some advice you may get from physicians, is sub-scientific. Staying physically fit is at least as important as food choices to managing cholesterol and coronary risk. If you truly need medication, don't hesitate. Best wishes.
