Nothing special.: There is no special BP goal even for those with known aneurysms and there is certainly no evidence to suggest that controlling BP without an aneurysm prevents them.  Meet the national goal of 140/90 or less and you are covered.  Major risk factors for cerebral aneurysm are heredity, tobacco use and coarctation of the aorta.

Brain aneurysm: Contrast is essential otherwise the radiologist cannot identified the aneurysm.

: Visit a local neurosurgeon and have this aneurysm evaluated.  Although NOT of a large enough size to cause concern of imminent rupture, this may need future intervention.  None of what you describe is causing the headaches, but you are lucky the images were done.

Depends: It all depends where the aneurysms are.  It makes a big difference depending on if they are in the brain, leg, abdomen, etc.

At your grandpa's: age the most common cause of his aneurysms is arteriosclerosis and is not a "connective tissue" problem which could have any effect on your health HOWEVER...PROBLEMS with CHOLSTEROL may be FAMILIAL..Check with your Primary Care Provider (PCP)!

Least likely cause: Aneurysm is unlikely cause of a headache lasting so long. Any other symptoms? Visual problems?Balance? Speech? Headache lasting that long needs to be evaluated by a doctor.

Depends: The opening can lead to blood clots from the leg veins go to the right heart, then the left heart and then to brain, causing a stroke. It makes to have it closed. Some experts recommend closure after the first stroke to prevent more strokes. However, it makes sense to have closure to prevent the first stroke. Maybe you never get a leg vein clot? Discuss with your doc.

aneurysm. no definite focal splenic lesion seen mean?

Spleen: No pathology was seen within the spleen. I would ask a vascular surgeon for advice about the splenic aneurysm.

i'm 3 months post surgery for complex unruptured aneurysm.  have 4 clips, now i have two painful bumps on skull at incision site.  should i worry?

I have a guess: without an exam, I can only give general information and
dermatologic conditions are hard to discuss without seeing them.
BUT, surgical infections are really really UNlikely to pop up more than a month after the surgery (but would be bad)
and scar tissue grows progressively over the first 2-6 months.(not bad; not fixable)
fever, chills, redness warmth PUS, would be serious.
