A member asked:

I am having headache for a month and did mri several small and non-specific leukoencephalopathic foci on the left. cerebral hemisphere. small (~3 mm) saccular aneurysm of the anterior communicating artery (acoma). hypoplastic aca syn. retention cyst?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Visit a local neurosurgeon and have this aneurysm evaluated. Although NOT of a large enough size to cause concern of imminent rupture, this may need future intervention. None of what you describe is causing the headaches, but you are lucky the images were done.
