: It is more important to know why you are using the Tylenol. At that age you do not want to give Tylenol for fever without finding the cause of the fever. The Tylenol bottle has instructions based on age and weight the number of drops you could use, but you should have your baby evaluated by a medical professional is more important at that age because 'a stitch in time' is essential in infants.

: I am reluctant to use it at that age without first checking for fever. If over 100.4 F (38C) I would consult the kids doc. If no fever the dose is ~10 mg/2.2 lb or for this kid 60mg.

Bowel Movements: Generally speaking, as long as your baby is reasonably comfortable while having a bowel movement, we don't have to worry to much about the form.

Hard to say: The chances that massage &amp; manipulation would work in a given case depend on features only evident on physical exam. The more flexability, the better the chance. Only a well trained pediatric podiatrist or pediatric orthopedist would be able to predict this and only after an exam.

: As a guideline, I think day 5 after exposure is pretty key as to whether one develops covid but. I don't have experience with newborns. Stay in touch with the pediatrician if you have any concerns about your baby.

Normal poops: Baby BM's can be yellow, green or brown. Where breastmilk feeding babies have liquidy, seedy poops, formula fed babies may have more pasty or thicker poops. Sounds like your baby has normal poops.

Constipation: Is hard and infrequent stools. You can give a glycerin suppository once and see igf that helps. Baby may be crying if mom is breastfeeding and drinking milk, eating dairy. If using milk based formula then can also cause tummy ache. Baby could be colicky too.. Go see your doctor and discuss this. You will feel better and so will baby!

Colapsed Lung: A pneumothorax occurs when air gets in the the space between the chest wall and the lung.  This space should not contain anything.  So when air gets in, the lungs have to become smaller.  A tension-pneumothorax is when the contents of the chest (heart, lung, collapsed lung) all shift to one side.  Typically this is life threatening because blood cannot flow well.  We don't always know why this is.

: Waiting until your newborn is awake is generally sufficient, as "feeding issues" are usually the stimulus needed for wakefulness in newborns.  If such sleep intervals are much beyond 2-3 hours prior to wakefulness, ask your pediatrician for guidance.
