I am reluctant to use it at that age without first checking for fever. If over 100.4 F (38C) I would consult the kids doc. If no fever the dose is ~10 mg/2.2 lb or for this kid 60mg.

You really need to find the SOURCE OF "PAIN" rather than hide it with medication. I would never give a 9 week old Tylenol unless it is postoperative like after a circumcision. Find out why you feel baby is I n pain and deal with that. I do not recommend after vaccines either as it can blunt immune response.

I agree that at this age an infant with a T of 100.4 or higher should have an evaluation including possibly lab testing. A COVID-19 test also recommended. Monitor temperature and notify your physician or pediatric urgent care center for temperature elevation. Tylenol may be used after this evaluation, discuss at the visit.
