Ultrasound: It depends if ultrasound was pelvic or vaginal. Depends on the size of the sac. If gestational sac measures around 2cm you should see a fetal pole.

May be early : You are right at the cusp of when the yolk sac can be seen. You likely need a repeat ultrasound in 1-2 weeks to reassess.
