: Your negative HIV test not only proved you do not have HIV, but that any symptoms you have now or any time in the future are not caused by HIV. And these symptoms are not typical of HIV anyway:  HIV does not cause either nasal congestion, runny nose, or cough. You caught a cold, that's all.

Viral: Probably viral , try two extra strength Tylenol every four hours and push your fluid intake. It is not unusual for it to last this length of time. Good Luck

Seek full evaluation: I would not assume this has anything to do with the vaccine. A sed rate that high suggests a significant inflammatory process and should lead to a full workup.
