Hi dr , i have done hiv combo test after 53 day exposure it came negative but on 56 days i had dry cough and fever for 2 week with rainy nose do i need to repeat the test?

Your negative HIV test not only proved you do not have HIV, but that any symptoms you have now or any time in the future are not caused by HIV. And these symptoms are not typical of HIV anyway: HIV does not cause either nasal congestion, runny nose, or cough. You caught a cold, that's all.
