Is it safe to use aquaphor on a semi-healed scrape on face? i used polysporin (bacitracin and polymyxin) to keep it moist 1 week ago but it gave me a rash,still itches and dry

Yes: Abrasions (scrapes) need to be kept clean, protected from further injury (including sunburn) and will heal fastest with least scarring if kept moist. I agree with use of products like aquaphore, Vaseline or A & D ointment to accomplish this. Some people are allergic to the ointments containing antibiotics, and they are not really necessary if you wash the abrasion with soap & water twice a day.
