It's OK, but...: There are better topical antibiotics than polysporin (bacitracin and polymyxin) to use on cystic acne. I'm glad for you that it has worked initially. My bigger concern, though, is that it won't work for very long. That particular antibiotic combination may lead to resistance in the bacteria present in your pores, and in a month or two not be effective anymore. There are better topical antibiotics that lessen this chance.
