Can't sleep because im restless worried about my mom, kid, job. What will help?

Meditation, etc. It sounds like stress is contibuting to your restlessness and inability to sleep. Try meditation, relaxation techniques, and exercise (just not directly before bedtime). Some herbs are claimed to be of benefit but there's not enough peer-reviewed data for me to recommend. If the lack of sleep is affecting your function, go see your family doc for temporary pharmaceutical assistance. Good luck!
