Finally got my diagnosis. I have an injury to LTN with paralysis of Serratus anterior muscle. It has been nearly 3 yrs. Is it possible to recover?

Do your muscles get really tense during sleep paralysis?

Can bells palsy be forehead sparing? I have facial paralysis that seems to only affect the zygomaticus muscles. I had an MRI and it was clear. I was on steroids for two weeks, its been a month and I see no improvement. Will this go away?

What muscle or muscles keep the lower portion of your nose firm? After the bone stops? Will facial paralysis cause complete collapse eventually?
