What muscle or muscles keep the lower portion of your nose firm? after the bone stops? will facial paralysis cause complete collapse eventually?

No: Nasal support at the tip is mainly provided by cartilage. Facial paralysis should not cause collapse.

You are correct: The lower part of the nose, the fleshy part, is held open partly by muscles and partly by firm cartilage. Facial paralysis on one side will commonly cause collapse of the nose and the "nasal valve" because the muscles no longer hold it open. In this case, the facial plastic surgeon can do a very simple operation to open up the nose for breathing and appearance. See someone who specializes.
