Muscle cramps or spasms (painful), made worse by dehydration (fluid loss)

I think i may have exhaustion. Im 18 years old i stay up all night and sleeping of a day.got severely dehydrated march 4th, muscle cramps,fatigue,drye eyes,always tired.loss appetite, poor concentration,disoriented,tired,anxious,blurry vision??

Can tight,spasming hip, butt, low back muscles on one side cause leg to hurt? Had steroid shot in butt gave a little relief but still feels crampy

What do I do for estreme leg, feet and hand muscle cramps? Kept me up all night--still spasaming. Tried diazapam that I have for occasional cramping and drank some tonic water for the quinine and drank gator ade for the electrolights.
