Common migraine
We are seeing many patients with severe migraine with severe pain, photophobia, nausea, vomiting, vertigo, weak, sweaty, pale, tremulous, miserable that takes hours to resolve. These are still considered common due to not being complicated by visual illusions, hemiparesis, ophthalmoplegia, or stroke - like features. The distinction common vs complex is not easy nor is it clinically useful.
