Most likely, but...: It is not uncommon for a person's migraine syndrome to change over time. Medication changes or hormone replacement therapy in postmenopausal women can contribute. A migraine need not cause a headache to be a migraine. Nevertheless, at your age it is prudent to get checked out by a neurologist who can take a thorough history & do a neurologic examination.
