I have had episodes of acephalgic migraine. is this fairly common or does it warrant seeing a neurologist?

Acephalgic migraine: Who diagnosed you of it? It is not a very common diagnosis and there can be Cases of stroke or seizures that can present in similar fashion. At your age it should be evaluated very carefully. Discuss it with your primary doctor and that can help to decide if you need to see a neurologist.
