Dyshidrotic eczema

Im 18 and i got dyshidrotic eczema(not severe) a month ago and now im afraid that i will get asthma. Is there any way to prevent getting asthma?

I have been diagnosed with gilbert's syndrome and dyshidrotic eczema is there a connection? I also wonder if candida overgrowth is at play here?
