A member asked:

I'm a polycystic ovarian also my hubby's sperm count is also low. did iui 3 times but didn't conceive . what can i do?

Well, there is: Always in vitro. One thing is your husbands testosterone level. If low this can affect the sperm count. Also, 30 % of women w/pcos will ovulate on metformin at 1500mg, this may help you as well with some weight loss, if needed. If testosterone replacement helps your husband and metfrormin helps you, it may be a winner, otherwise the IUI should do it at some point, good luck.
