See your doctor: This could be a small abscess (boil), it is also possible it is a perianal fistula, or improper pathway between the colon and the skin surface. Please see your doctor for an evaluation. You may need to see a surgeon as well. Good luck.

Anal Abscess: If it is painful to touch it is possibly an anal abscess, a painful condition in which a collection of pus develops near the anus. Most anal abscesses are a result of infection from small anal glands. http://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/anal-abscess
