See PCP first.: Anal fissure is a painful disorder caused by frequent diarrhea such as those from crohn's disease, hard stools, etc. There are otc remedies from jojoba oil, wheatgrass and prescribed ointments with hydrocortisone. You have to treat the underlying cause first. If untreated and severe, surgery may have to be done. See your pcp first who can make proper referral.

For my anal fissure what kinda of natural ointment or cream would you suggest? I would like to try to heal before doing botox.

Fiber and warm bath: First line therapy is bulking stools with fiber and water. Warm baths will sooth your pain. Second line would be a calcium channel blocker cream such as Nifedipine or diltiazem. Often these are combined with a topical analgesic like lidocaine. While Botox is an option, it has lower cure rate and higher recurrence rate than surgery which is the gold standard.
