Blood tests?: If you are referring to just blood tests, you may realize that blood tests often do not detect problems on the skin. You may be allergic to the latex in the condom, too much irritation from too much sexual activities ( i guess you are asking the question on behalf of your partner), a yeast infection (often transmitted from the female partner especially when uncircumcised)....
