Is it normal to have some raised spots on the head of the penis?

Yes: Many men have a ring of small pin head size lumps all arround the glans penis. These are papillae, actually nerve endings, these are normal. It is not a disease. I have seen many men come to my office thinking these are warts. They donot need to be removed and should not be removed.Zk.

Match pictures: These may be sebaceous glands / fordyce's, or if they're in a row around the glans, they may be pearly papules. Neither is anything to worry about.
