See a dermatologist: Lentigo Simplex and Penile Lentiginosis present as flat brown to black spots on the penis with irregular borders. They are not malignant BUT Lentigo Maligna(Hutchinson melanotic freckle) and melanoma may look similar to Lentigo Simplex. The presence of several spots makes melanoma less likely, but to be on the safe side have a dermatologist examen them to be certain.
