Bumps on genitals: Genital warts appear as raised areas on the genitals which can be flat, bunny or uneven and skin colored or darker than the normal skin. If you think you have warts see a:doctor for proper treatment and to rule out other sexually transmitted diseases.

Skin : A dermatologist would be able to diagnose and treat the genital warts. Clinically warts often appear as flesh colored firm bumps with a tendency to multiply.

See a doctor: If you have questions about this or have actual warts on your genetalia, no questions needed. See a dermatologist or local doctor if you suspect these.

Nothing: Nothing to do unless a wart appears.
Genital warts are common..
They are not dangerous, but are contagious.
Having sex with a person who has warts may result in infection. Most of the time, it does not.
There is nothing to do unless a wart or warts appear. They can be easily treated by coagulation or freezing. With no warts and no symptoms, there is nothing to do.

See your Dr: Genital warts are easy for a doctor to identify. Syphilis also has an easily recognizable lesion and very identifiable spirochete organisms in early phase and simple vdrl blood test from then on. Hope you have neither.

Genital warts herpes: Generally genital warts are painless and usually without symptoms (dont hurt dont itch) Herpes however usually hurts, burns or is uncomfortable at some point but could also itch or not hurt at all. The only certain way to distinguish between them reliably is to be evaluated by a doctor. Call your local dept. of health for assistance being refered for evaluation. No sex until treated and cleared.
